Mr Hou Shunxiang ATTEND THE DYNAMICS INTERNATIONAL

The 9th Dynamics International Conference was successfully hold in Chengdu on Dec 29th, 2018. The theme of the conference is China-US Trade War – When Dynamics Strategy meets Enterprise's Opportunities and Challenges. Mr Hou Shunxiang was invited to attend the meeting and made a speech.
(The Dynamics International Conference was funded by Professor Chen Mingzhe, former president and life academician of International Management Institute, in 2010.)
Hosted by He Gang, director of Caijing and director of Harvard Business Review Chinese version, Professor Chen made the opening speech“Review, Reflect and Look ahead, Predict the Future of the World.”
Round-table meeting discussed the Knowing and the Doing of Chinese Private Company against the Backdrop of New Globalization. Mr Hou Shunxiang, founder of SUNEIGHT, MrZhang Xiaowei, President of Taiwan TVBS/TVBS, Mr Lin Changqing, founder of Hotgen attend the meeting.
Following are some words Mr Hou said during the meeting.
“During the time of changes, whether an enterprise is ready for the change, whether it has already find a way out is of crucial importance.”
“Besides fighting against poverty, Chinese small and medium-size enterprises face a battle concerns live-or-death, a battle marching toward post-industrialization.In this battle, the most urgent problems lie in environmental protection and safety.”
“We are all just people and we all have confusions. As long as we stick to it, we will figure a way out. We Chinese enterprises need to be confident, especially at a time when US-China trade war is pending. We need to nurture our core competitiveness with the Professor Chen's theory of the Power of One.”
“What should a traditional enterprise do to combine autonomization, informationization and the future? Thanks to Professor Chen, we now choose to make change, from making raw materials to products, and build a positive industrial chain. In this way,we can broaden our customer source and provide better service to them. It is ”XI”(practice) what “XUE XI”(study) emphasizes. We need to instill what we've learned into what we are doing and I think it is exactly what we are doing right now.”
“All I wish for can be conveyed by three sentences, ‘A sparrow cannot understand the ambition of a swan’, ‘study and start up business for a prosperous and rising China’, and ‘do as what water does, find the origin of ourselves’.”
At the end of the conference, Professor Chen made a final speech, analyzing the changes, time, trend and opportunities during the US-China Trade War with all the attendees. He said, in a time of changes, companies should look into ourselves to find settlement, peace and harvest within varies changes. Change happens all day long and we need to adjust to it, that is what matters. We need to focus on what we are doing, observe the law and find the true selves. Always remember to make reflection and find breakthroughs. Entrepreneurs shall fully demonstrate their knight' spirit and style, which is to remain calm in face of danger, to stay true to their commitments, to shoulder the responsibility as a social educator and to make upmost contributions to those “Righteousness” related person.
